Rubber lining has the ability to protect metal or other substrates from media erosion and chemical corrosion, all kinds of rubber lining can not only resist acid, alkali, inorganic salts and desulfurization gypsum slurry corrosion, but also has good comprehensive properties, such as elasticity, wear resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, shock absorption and adhesion with metal or other substrates.

 

Rubber lining in a broad sense refers to the "rubber lining" technology, that is, rubber material is lined on the metal base surface to form a continuous and closed isolation layer to protect the medium from physical and chemical damage such as erosion and abrasion of the matrix. With the development of synthetic technology, a variety of synthetic rubber (chloroprene, butyl, etc.) has gradually introduced rubber lining, so that it has made substantial progress in acid, alkali, oil, heat resistance, impact resistance, high elasticity and other properties.

 

In the past two decades, in order to meet the anti-corrosion requirements of large equipment, the lining technology is also constantly improving. The natural vulcanized and pre-vulcanized lining adhesives with reliable anticorrosion performance, simple and fast construction, which can withstand complex stress and harsh working conditions have been widely applied.
