Power plant coal wharf seawater steel
Case details
There are 188 steel piles in the coal wharf of the power plant, and large-scale corrosion of steel pipe piles has been found on site. The previous anticorrosive layer is mostly bubbling and peeling, and local corrosion is very serious. The anticorrosive maintenance has not been carried out for many years since the operation of the wharf. The heat shrink anticorrosive material originally used has poor seawater corrosion resistance and aging resistance, most of which have begun to peel and bubble, and steel piles have different degrees of rust, which is in urgent need of repair and has a long maintenance period. The anticorrosion of seawater steel pile in coal wharf of the power plant is carried out by using the technology of multi-layer mineral grease coating, and the anticorrosion range starts from one end of the wharf (shallow water area). The covering height of the steel pile is 7 meters from the top down, and the diameter of the steel pile is 0.8 meters. The construction includes 4.5m above water and 2.5m underwater diving.
